The excellent: Updated version of the Satellite E205 consists of Nvidia Optimus graphics WiMax-ready slim style Intel Wireless Display.
The poor: Weak speakers poor battery life expensive compared with comparable offerings.
The bottom line: Toshiba's holiday update of one of our preferred laptops, the Satellite E205, adds graphics and WiMax, but its higher cost and lack of other new functions prevent it from becoming a standout at the end of 2010.
