In a press statement issued on January 31, Common Motors announced that its OnStar call centers obtain more than 150,000 calls a day. That equates to practically two calls per second.
However for the past handful of days, some of the much more than 6 million users of the telematics service have been unable to use it.
Some OnStar users reported very long waiting instances even though other people that they received automated messages to call back later. The issue, as told by OnStar
