NHTSA Desires to Increase Maximum Vehicle Recall Fines, GOP Disagrees

In 2010 alone, almost 20 million vehicles had been recalled in the U.S. That is not necessarily a bad thing: on the contrary, it shows that car manufacturers are consistently monitoring their item for defects and make confident that they are rectified.
