The diesel-powered Nissan Qashqai 1.five DCi is at Superchip's center of interest as the British tuning brand has created an ECU remap to enhance the crossover model's efficiency.
In factory trim, the Qashqai's Renault-sourced 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder diesel develops a peak output of 108bhp (110PS) at 4,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 240Nm (177 lb-ft).
Superchip's updated firmware claims to lift these numbers to 128bhp (130PS) at 3,721 rpm and 277Nm (204 lb-ft) at 2,259rpm.
