These living on the East Coast started to experience the brutal force of Hurricane Sandy in the 1st morning hours of Monday, with some places in New Jersey already flooded by water.
Movies of roads and streets turned into rivers have currently began displaying up on YouTube, including two clips from user "rsmc55" who filmed these scenes from the deck of his property in Ocean City, New Jersey, earlier this morning.
