A patrol automobile dashboard camera video showing a woman being arrested in Sioux City has sparked allegations for police mistreatment.
Dacota Daniels, 34, was detained on August 8 at Sioux City by two officers, 1 in uniform and 1 in plain clothes soon after they stopped the rental automobile she was in as a passenger.
