How to Become a Master Recruiter, Without the Hype!



I was with my home based business for almost five years. I came into it with nothing but a good attitude. To say that I have experience and skills to understatement. I never realized that I was involved in network marketing companies until a few days after I started. I was as green as it gets. Never before have I worked from home before, because I was the biggest skeptic out there and would not try anything. Finally I found a company that elite credentials and services that people need and that intrigued me to jump right in. I did not care about the rest of the details. I just knew that if someone was out there making money with it that I can!

I remember the day when I realized that the recruitment of team members was part of the package. I was so very nervous and thought, "I do not want to be one of those people." It took me a day or so to digest it and then I came to the conclusion that there must be full of hype, I do not have to be aggressive, I can just focus on helping people and recruit from the heart. I could be myself. That's when I opened the door to what was about to be incredible, life-changing journey. Within two months of going through the process of getting good, I became a top recruiter with my company and have been ever since. I'm going to share with you exactly how I did just that!

1 Believe in what you do. Develop a passion for helping people make money and help them with their products and / or services. When I did, my business took off! I read the script and trying to "sell" to someone. I did not put much emotion into it nor did I really care about my prospects. I noticed that the prospecting calls that are very conversational and truly interested in the best interest of the future. They build relationships with these ljudima.Fokus was in prospect and their needs, not just to get a paycheck. Learning that is a huge wake up for me in my work. From that moment forward, I shifted my focus to the prospect. Why are looking to work from home, they why, how long they have been looking, how can I help them. This is huge! Not only did I start getting more entries, but I started having fun! That is when employment became a major passion of mine. If the team leaders do not offer this type of training calls, ask them to start one.

7 Not to say, but how to say it. When you reach the end of the presentation, assume that they will join your team. Do not question it.
