A group of Korean scientists, operating at the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technologies (UNIST), have developed a rapidly-charge lithium-ion battery that can be recharged 30 to 120 times more quickly than traditional li-ion batteries. The team believes it can create a battery pack for electric automobiles that can be totally charged in much less than a minute.
