Hey Google and Facebook: If it ain't broke....

Why do Facebook and Google really feel compelled to alter the user interfaces on their services? Improvements are one factor, but just producing it much more convoluted and cumbersome does not do anything to enhance the loyalty of those who got them exactly where they are nowadays. I think they are just attempting to justify their massive staffs by having them create new and "improved" approaches of doing what is already getting carried out with no any overwhelming negative problems.The
