Hyundai Recalling About 220,000 Santa FE SUVs and Sonata Sedans to Fix Airbag Flaws

South Korean automaker Hyundai has issued two separate and unrelated recalls for the preceding Sante Fe crossover and the existing generation Sonata sedan due to the fact of issues with their airbags.
In the case of the Santa Fe, the recall impacts 199,118 cars from the 2007-2009 model years built from April 19, 2006, by means of July 7, 2008, to fix the occupant classification system (OCS).
